ACTIVITY IN Sekolah Tunas Mekar Indonesia

 Under the refreshing embrace of the forest in Camp Restu Bumi, Parendoan, Bandar Lampung, the students of Junior High School Tunas Mekar Indonesia held their long-awaited Scout Camp on September 10–11, 2025. The two-day camping activity, themed “Tumbuh, Menjaga, dan Kuat – Bersama Alam” (Grow, Care, and Be Strong with Nature), brought together students from grades 7 to 9 along with their teachers. Surrounded by trees and the calm atmosphere of nature, the participants began their journey to learn, connect, and grow stronger—both as individuals and as a team.

The camp opened with a lively opening ceremony, followed by the exciting task of setting up tents, where students quickly learned the importance of cooperation and patience. The activities continued with obstacle challenges, cooking sessions, and team performances that sparked creativity and laughter. As night fell, everyone gathered around the campfire, their faces glowing under the flickering flames. The moment was filled with warmth, stories, and songs that strengthened the bond among all participants. Even when heavy rain poured down, the campers stood strong—proving that true adventure often comes with challenges that make memories more meaningful.

The next morning, students woke up early to pray together, prepare breakfast, and learn to separate organic and non-organic waste—a valuable lesson in environmental care. The camp ended with a closing ceremony, where pride and joy filled the air. The tired but happy faces of the students reflected a sense of achievement and gratitude. They had not only learned basic survival skills, but also discovered the importance of teamwork, care for nature, and inner strength.

Through this Scout Camp, the students of Tunas Mekar Indonesia proved that learning goes beyond classrooms. With courage, friendship, and a deep love for nature, they grew together—just as the theme promised: Growing, Caring, and Strengthening with Nature.
